Shipping Policy for Little Ships

At Little Ships, we know that when you’re shopping for your little ones, you’re eager to get your order quickly. Whether you’re gearing up for a new adventure or just restocking the essentials, we’re here to ensure your package arrives smoothly and on time. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping options.


Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: Delivery Time 2-4 working days

Express Shipping: Delivery Time: Next working day (excluding remote areas)

Order Cut-Off: Orders must be placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday to qualify for same day despatch. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

For those moments when your little crew needs something in a hurry, Express Shipping is your go-to option.


International Shipping

We now ship internationally, opening up Little Ships to families far and wide.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout where possible.
  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon arrival by local customs authorities.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Once your order ships, you should receive an email or text notification with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Address Changes

  • If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at captain@little-ships.co.uk
  • Address changes cannot be made once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Partners

We work with a range of trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. While we reserve the right to change carriers as needed, in most cases, you’ll receive an email or text notification from the chosen courier with tracking updates.


Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived, carriers will not consider items lost until 28 days from the shipping date. If you haven’t received your order within this timeframe, please contact us so we can assist further.

1. What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
Our delivery partners will usually leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection, or you’ll receive an email or text notification with options.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on your location.

3. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
You must contact us as quickly as possible at captain@little-ships.co.uk. Unfortunately, we cannot change your address once the order has been dispatched.
