Refund and Returns Policy for Little Ships

At Little Ships we believe every parent deserves to feel proud of the role they play and every child deserves clothing that celebrates life’s little adventures. We’re committed to delivering practical and affordable products that make parenting moments even more special. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—our crew is here to help you navigate returns and refunds smoothly.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless faulty or in the unlikely event that the wrong item was sent.
- Items marked as final sale or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Because we value your time and effort, all requests for returns or exchanges should be submitted via our Returns Form—making it easy for you to get back to what matters most: sharing unforgettable moments with your little ones.
2. Refunds
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
- Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank.
We know parents like to plan ahead, so rest assured we’ll handle refunds promptly so you can move forward with confidence.
3. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Our goal is to make it simple so you can focus on finding the perfect fit for your little adventurers.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
At Little Ships, we stand by the quality of our products because we know you count on us to deliver for your family. If your item arrives faulty or damaged:
- Contact us at captain@little-ships.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the fault.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs, where applicable.
We’ll make it right so you can keep sailing smoothly through the journey of parenthood.

We want returning items to be as stress-free as possible—because you already have enough on your plate as a parent!
6. Who Pays for Returns?
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
We’re here to make sure every return is smooth sailing, but we always hope it’s the last thing you’ll need.
